dear members, the xmas mascot contest is coming to a close soon!!! and i need all of you to be active one voting day! cuz if you all dont vote WE WON'T HAVE A WINNER!!*panics* so please on voting day i really wish for of all of you to be active and vote for you favorite piece!!! to vote you will have to fav the piece you like and our president, shadowvampwolf, will do the painful duty of counting the votes. the 3 entrys with the highest number of number favs will make it to the finnals were we will see who wins and who gets what

i'v thought up a bunch on new rules to add to our list, had no time to discuss it with the vice-heads cuz one of them isn't online most of the time so if anyone as anything to say about the new rules please note me
RULES
1. all members can submit as much art to the account as they want.

2. if you don't watch the club account you are not counted as a member.

3. memebers who turn in-active on their account will be taken off the members list, and have to note the account to inform us that u are active again.

4.for contests you have to be a memeber to join.

5.if someone favs anything belonging to you in our gallery and refuses to unfav and fav your original...there's nothing much we can do.

thats it for now, it will be updated if there are any changes.

i'll be seting a few new rules soon, dont worry theres nothing threatning abt them at all. one of them shall be that i will take down the 3 submittions a mouth rule so all of you are allowed to post as much as you want. i shall descuss the rule list with the vice-heads.

its been a looong time since anyone wrote anything on the news page, anyway just to inform you all. chair-man shadowvampwolf is currently having her exams and will not be able to attend to the club as offen as she use to, so all vice-chairs please check into the club once very 2 days to deal with what needs to be done if you have the time.

also, there have been a few deviants(not from our club) who are faving the work on the club even though the comments say do not fav! so i deeply apologize to the artists whos works have not been faved on the original piece. there might be a contest coming up soon...but it will depend on whether we can come up with a prize.

those who want a art request can kindly note me, i will gladly take up your art request..but only after my exams are over so you all have a good day and for those whos holidays have just arived..HAPPY HOLIDAYS good luck to all having exams now

the competition for the 2 vice-chair-man posts will end...TOMORROW!!!! in my county that is, it will be very simple as the top 2 members with the most ammount of points will win and by looking at the members list the winners are clearly shown.. i will anounce our new vice-chairs on the 1st of september just to give some of you a bit more time to try to get more point. the winners will get a note from me telling them the things they have to do as vice-chair and they will also get the password for this account. but be warrned, if you become vice-chair..you must do ur duty and never tell any one ( but yourself ) the password to this account.

then end of the month is coming soon!!! and most of you know what that means right? it means the point elections for the next 2 vice-chair people are coming to a close SOON! although i know this isn't such a big thing as we are half an inactive club and we're not like a ' pack ' or anything but i really hope you all start to gather up as many points as you can! for those who are the top 2 point collector continue to hold ur position! i really need u all to be more enthusiastic about this!!! at least sumbit some art or do a piece of work for the club! i just hope all the members here are proud to be in the club!

as most of you know, our dear friend the DarkWolvesClub has closed down because of lack of members submiting art and all. dont worry i do not intend to shut down this club unless there a lot of inactivity and the club will shut down by itself as it will be dead. so for though of u who wished to join that club..i'm not sure if u'll get a reply.

also there a matter to address, a lot of new members have been just watching the club and not asking if they can join, if u ask i can at least confirm that that you are watching the club as a member and not just watching us so that u can be a watcher. so for those who watched the account without asking, please confirm that u are watching to be a member and also for our members, if u already added the club name into ur sgnature or jornal but havent gotten ur points yet. please inform me, i dont really have the time to check. thank you.

FIRST CONTEST & new points system

ok so we now currently have 14 members and 2 more which havent watched this account, so its either i w8 for them to watch or leave them out....i'll noteify them later.
i know in my last update i said that once we get 20 members a contest will be held, but i can w8 that long and i really want to start it now.

ok so we've got a good hand full of members correct? and the other thing is the account is ID-less, so i want to get the club members to chip in and creat the best ID they can make! just grab ur paper and pencils/pens and draw up a picture.the entry which best describes our club will win there will be only one winner >;D but no one will left empty handed ;D the winning pirze will be anounced later on in this post. i'll give u all 3 weeks to submit ur entrys so the contest will start tomorrow the 30 of jun to the 20 of july. to submit ur entry just send a note to the account titled:CONTEST ENTRY and ur name will apper in our contest entries page with the link to ur art piece. the winning entry will be posted on this account and a note will be sent to the winner.

now im starting up a new point system, why? because its time for me to pick 2 members to become the vice-chairpersons for the club, i need help with getting more members to join the club and help me manage it when my exams come. now the way im going to distribute the points is this:

mentioning club name in ur signature and journal(with link)- 2 pts

submitting art for showcassing- 4 pts(each)

inviting ppl to join the club- 6 pts(each of the person joins)make sure the person mentions ur name or else i wont know who to give the points to.

paricipating in contests- 10 pts

winning contest- 30 pts

give away points:
fan art for club- 10 pts
trading art with another club member- 8 pts

the 2 members with the highest points will become the new vice-chairpersons for the club and i'll give u guys 2 months to gain as much points as u can starting from tomorrow 30 jun. the point system will end on the 30 of augest, so good luck to you all and go out there and gain as many points as u can collect!

you all can start sending in art submitions if u want to showcase your art the the rest of the members, just send a note to the club titled: ART SUBMIT
each member can submit 4 art pieces each month so choose carrfully on when and which art piece u wish to showcase.
